此系列产品消光度高、透明度高、易分散、孔隙率大等优点。适用于丝网印刷油墨、纸

张印刷油墨、胶印印刷油墨、塑料印刷油墨的产品上。

一、

消光率高－－－－－各种大小型号的颗粒刚好满足涂料配方要求，消光率越高，颗粒

分布狭窄且对称消光率高。

二、透明度好－－－－－消光粉经过科学的排列，折光指数与成膜树脂的折光指数相近，避

免了消光透明漆可能发生的白雾状。

三、易分散－－－－－粒径分布的控制使之很容易分散于涂料之中，对于标准的溶解机。

以1200r/mm(桨叶速度为5-6m/s)搅拌叶轮分散10-15分钟，就可得到充分的分散，注

意温度控制在50℃以下。

四、漆膜无影响－－－－－消光粉的纯度、粒径的完整性、耐研磨的特性及合理选择匹配

的型号，不仅对漆膜重涂附着力无影响、耐磨损，而且涂膜平滑、手感好、光泽一致性好。

dispersed, attention that temperature should be controlled below 50℃.
